The signing of a Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement on October 15, 2016 amongst the CLSU Alumni Association, Inc. represented by its President and Chairman, Dr. Carlos C. Abon, its appendant organization, the CLSU Alumni Foundation, Inc. represented by its President and Chairman, Dr. Eliseo L. Ruiz and JKM Admin Healthcare Solutions, Inc. represented by its Vice President, Engr. Rodrigo A. Dioso, Jr. formalized the setting-up of an “all-in-one” medical and outsourcing business activity at the University compound.

Located at the Alumni Center Building this medical and outsourcing enterprise will make available for the University constituents and other clientele from neighboring places the expertise and the experience of handling not only the complicated task regarding medical billing/answering services but also cases involving patient reminders and insurance verifications, web development projects, computer programming, logo and signage designs and Materials and Search Engine Organization (MSEO).

Initially, twenty graduates have been hired by the BPO Company and within a year of operation around two hundred technical staff will be commissioned according to Engr. Dioso. Some of those who will be employed will undergo further training in the United States.

This venture will also provide job opportunities for CLSU graduates as well as “on-the-job” (OJT) training for students in business administration, information technology, engineering, arts and science and education students.
